We’re looking for outgoing, confident communicators who can keep things moving, switch gears quickly, and stay friendly under pressure. You’ll do well here if you’re the type who notices what needs to be done, takes initiative, and brings positive energy to the people around you. 💰 Pay and Growth

Starting base pay is $10 per hour, plus tips. Most new employees average approximately $15–$17 per hour with tips, although tips vary based on shifts and sales.
Employees who successfully complete kitchen cross-training receive at least a $1 per hour increase in base pay. Those who consistently demonstrate reliability, initiative, and leadership may also be considered for shift leadership, additional pay increases, and future management opportunities.

📅 Availability Requirements

• Availability for 4–5 shifts per week during the first 2–3 weeks of training
• A minimum of 3 shifts per week after training
• Weekend availability is required
• Availability for at least 2 Sundays per month is required

⏰ Current Shift Needs

• Opening shifts beginning as early as 5:30 AM
• Daytime shifts beginning at 6:00 or 7:00 AM and running as late as 3:00 PM
• Afternoon and closing shifts from approximately 1:00–7:00 PM

Shift times may vary based on scheduling and staffing needs.

☕ What You’ll Be Doing

• Greeting customers and taking orders
• Preparing drinks accurately and efficiently
• Answering menu questions and recommending items
• Operating the register and handling transactions
• Learning kitchen preparation and light baking
• Washing dishes, sweeping, cleaning, and restocking
• Keeping work areas clean, stocked, and organized
• Assisting with inventory counts when needed
• Staying productive during slower periods

One thing I would consider adding is the exact kitchen cross-training increase. “Receives an hourly pay increase” is fine, but listing the amount makes the opportunity more believable and prevents applicants from assuming it is larger than it is.
