Work Schedule:Monday through Friday during standard business hours based on local time zone
Key Responsibilities of the Corporate Mortgage Recruiter:- Lead full cycle recruiting efforts for mortgage industry professionals with a focus on meeting hiring goals and business demands.
- Develop and maintain candidate pipelines through a variety of sourcing channels, professional networks, and recruitment platforms.
- Coordinate recruitment activities from initial outreach through offer stage while ensuring a consistent candidate experience.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, align recruiting strategies, and provide talent market insights.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting workflows within applicant tracking and candidate relationship management systems.
Qualifications and Skills for the Corporate Mortgage Recruiter:- Experience recruiting within the mortgage, banking, lending, or financial services industry.
- Demonstrated ability to manage high volume hiring initiatives while balancing multiple open requisitions.
- Proficiency using applicant tracking systems, sourcing technologies, and professional recruiting platforms.
- Strong candidate engagement and relationship management skills with the ability to build talent networks effectively.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder partnership abilities in a Remote work environment.
