About the role

ElevenReader is our fastest growing app, and creative is one of our biggest growth levers. We’re looking for a Creative Producer to build the design and marketing systems, experiments, and creative engine that powers performance marketing across every major acquisition channel.

This role sits at the intersection of creative design, AI, and performance marketing. You’ll create be our lead creative strategist building scalable creative workflows using generative AI, developing testing frameworks, launching experiments across Meta, Google, YouTube, Reddit , and emerging platforms, and building the creative systems that enable rapid iteration. You’ll partner closely with Performance Marketing, Design, and Growth Analytics to continuously discover what creative drives acquisition at scale.

This is one part strategist and one part builder role for someone who loves combining exceptional creative taste with rigorous experimentation.

What you will do

• Building the creative systems, templates, mood boards, and AI workflows that power high-velocity ad production
• Developing visually-stunning static imagery and videos for new ad campaigns using generative media platforms, including ElevenCreative
• Creating and launching creative testing programs across Meta, Google, YouTube, Reddit , and emerging acquisition channels
• Developing a structured experimentation roadmap with recurring creative testing sprints and clear learning agendas
• Designing analytical frameworks to identify winning creative patterns using performance data and creative analysis
• Researching and mapping creative trends across competitors, consumer categories, and best-in-class mobile apps to generate new hypotheses for testing
• Launching and scaling new paid acquisition channels with compelling creative ads
• Partnering closely with Performance Marketing to rapidly iterate on static and video to scale successful campaigns
• Continuously improving our creative production pipeline through AI automation, reusable templates, and scalable workflows
• Analyzing results through ad platforms and tools like Motion
• Raising the creative quality bar while ensuring every asset is designed to maximize measurable business outcomes

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in performance creative, art direction, growth marketing, creative strategy, or design at a high-growth consumer or technology company
• Deep expertise with generative AI for image and video creation, with a strong understanding of how to build repeatable creative workflows with tools like ElevenCreative
• Experience creating high-performing ads across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube , or other major paid acquisition platforms
• Experience with creative performance analytics tools like Motion
• Strong understanding of creative experimentation, performance marketing, A/B testing, and data-driven optimization
• Expert proficiency in Figma, CapCut, Adobe Suite and modern AI creative tools and generative media platforms
• Exceptional visual taste with the ability to balance speed, quality, and brand consistency
• Deep understanding of user psychology and what drives successful consumer marketing
• Highly analytical and structured thinker who enjoys building experimentation frameworks and extracting insights from data
• Self-directed builder who thrives in fast-moving environments and can independently take ideas from concept to launch
