Job Overview

We are thrilled to present an exceptional opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused professional to take on the Czech Speaking Travel Agent For Booking.com position in Greece, one of the most desirable destinations in the world. In this role, you will serve as a key representative within the tourism industry, supporting Czech-speaking travellers with their accommodation and travel bookings through one of the world's most recognised online travel platforms. This is a remote position based within Greece, combining the flexibility of working from home with the unparalleled lifestyle that Greece has to offer — making it one of the most sought-after Czech-speaking jobs on the market today.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Czech-speaking customers with travel inquiries, accommodation bookings, and reservations via phone, email, and live chat through the Booking.com platform.
  • Provide expert guidance and tailored recommendations to travellers seeking the ideal tourism experience, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Handle booking modifications, cancellations, and complaints in a professional, empathetic, and efficient manner, in accordance with tourism industry best practices.
  • Liaise with hotels, property managers, and service providers to resolve issues swiftly and ensure seamless travel experiences for customers.
  • Accurately process and manage booking data within internal systems, maintaining meticulous attention to detail and data integrity.
  • Stay up to date with Booking.com product updates, tourism trends, and platform policies to provide informed and accurate assistance at all times.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to share knowledge, contribute to a positive work culture, and continuously improve service quality standards.
  • Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction, response times, and booking resolution rates within the tourism sector.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Czech language skills (both spoken and written) are essential for this role — candidates must be able to communicate confidently and professionally with Czech-speaking travellers.
  • Valid EU passport (mandatory requirement for relocation and employment eligibility).
  • A genuine passion for the tourism industry and a strong desire to deliver exceptional travel experiences to customers.
  • Previous experience in a customer service, travel agency, or tourism-related role is highly advantageous.
  • Strong computer literacy and the ability to navigate online booking systems, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms with ease.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure in a fast-paced tourism environment.
  • Good command of English to facilitate internal communications and training processes.

Benefits

  • Competitive Monthly Salary that reflects your expertise and experience in the tourism industry.
  • Fully Paid Training provided to ensure you are fully equipped and confident in your role from day one.
  • Comprehensive Health Insurance for your peace of mind and wellbeing.
  • Fully Paid Relocation Package — including return flight, airport transfer, and hotel accommodation — to make your move to Greece effortless and stress-free.
  • Monthly Performance Bonus rewarding your dedication, hard work, and outstanding results.
  • 2 Extra Salaries Per Year in the form of a 13th and 14th salary, providing exceptional additional financial reward beyond the standard compensation structure.
  • The opportunity to work remotely within one of Europe's most beautiful and vibrant countries, enjoying an outstanding quality of life.
  • Career growth and development opportunities within a leading international firm specialising in Czech-speaking jobs and multilingual recruitment.
