Position Overview
We are seeking motivated, coachable individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Life and Health Insurance Agents. This is a fully remote position with inbound leads provided — no cold calling required. You’ll receive comprehensive training and support to help families secure the protection they need through term life, whole life, IULs, health insurance, critical illness, and more.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with inbound leads to understand their needs and recommend suitable life and health insurance solutions
- Educate clients on coverage options in a clear, honest, and pressure-free manner
- Guide clients through the application and underwriting process
- Build long-term relationships by providing exceptional service
- Consistently follow up with leads and clients to help them make informed decisions
- Work toward personal production goals while contributing to team success

Ideal Candidate
- Entry-level candidates welcome — no prior insurance experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a desire to help others
- Coachable and eager to learn
- Reliable with access to a computer, internet, and phone
- Must be willing to obtain a Life and Health insurance license (we’ll guide you through the process)
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required
