Front Desk Associate – Part-Time Saturday & Sunday | 2:30 PM–7:30 PM CountryHouse Residence | Omaha, NE Be the First Smile Residents and Families See! • Welcome residents, families, and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and direct calls promptly and courteously.
• Assist with basic clerical duties, filing, scheduling, and data entry.
• Provide property tours to potential residents and families as needed.
• Keep the front desk and lobby organized, clean, and welcoming.
• Support residents, families, and team members with day-to-day needs.

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly, professional, dependable, and welcoming.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Prior receptionist or customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable using basic computer systems and completing office tasks.
• Able to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
• Available to work weekends from 2:30 PM–7:30 PM.
