We are looking for a Registered Nurse interested in providing home care and case management. We are looking for an RN who is interested in the following:

• Medication set up and oversight
• Case management
• Tube feeding
• Companionship

We promote from within * Home Care Pulse Leader in Excellence * Joint Commission Accredited RN Responsibilities: * Provide thoughtful care to clients based on personalized Plan of Care * Provide in home assessments * Monitor and track changes in the clients conditions and needs, and keeps the Director of Nursing and any other appropriate personnel informed * Proactively updates client's family on plan of care, health changes, and concerns RN Requirements

• Must have at least 1 year experience

Current unrestricted RN license in Utah * Certified CPR Certification * Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray * Must be able to pass a drug test and a background check * Licensed driver with valid automobile insurance * Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull.
