Human Resources Assistant Taylor Community is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our HR team! This position provides administrative support across all areas of Human Resources and is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people while keeping things organized behind the scenes. Whether you're looking to grow your HR experience, make a career change, or bring your existing administrative and organizational skills to a new role, we'd love to hear from you! What You'll DoMaintain accurate and confidential employee personnel records.Scan, organize, and upload employee documentation into UKG.Assist with recruitment, job postings, applications, interviews, and hiring events.Support new employee onboarding and orientation.Assist with HR policies, job descriptions, reports, audits, and other projects.Respond to routine employee and applicant inquiries and provide general administrative support to the HR team.Provide administrative support to the VP of Human Resources and HR team as needed. What We're Looking For1–3 years of HR experience preferred, but not required.A combination of education, training, and hands-on experience will be considered.
