Required Qualifications:-
Minimum 2 years of strong communication skills.
Minimum 2 years of data entry experience.
High School Diploma or GED.
Professional telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and accurate recordkeeping.
Ability to report to the office by 8:00 AM (8:30 AM may be permitted).
Must complete mandatory 5-day training on Medicare and health insurance services.
Preferred: Call center, customer service, high-volume inbound calls, and administrative/clerical experience.
