Support Epic Patient Access maintenance, project work, and upgrades for the RCM Prior Authorization project.
Provide functional expertise across Cadence, Grand Central, Prelude, and Referrals to improve referral management, prior authorization workflows, and revenue cycle operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain, configure, and support Epic Cadence, Grand Central, Prelude, and Referrals applications, including upgrades and project enhancements.
Partner with Patient Access and healthcare teams to analyze referral and prior authorization workflows, troubleshoot application issues, and implement solutions.
Monitor revenue cycle metrics and KPIs, drive process improvements, and support Patient Access operational policies and procedures.
