Requirements elicitation, workshops, user stories and traceability
Acceptance criteria, process mapping and stakeholder management
Leadership of BA workstream and onsite coordination
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead requirements discovery and business-process analysis
Facilitate stakeholder workshops and manage scope/traceability
Define epics, user stories, acceptance criteria and business rules
Coordinate product, architecture, engineering, QA and offshore Bas
In addition, should be able to do the following
Play the role of onsite co-Ordinator for offshore
Able to conduct RCA and provide and Implement solutions
Generic Managerial Skills, If any
Customer-facing communication and concise executive reporting Onsite-offshore coordination across
distributed teams Structured ownership, prioritization, risk escalation and collaboration Ability to work
