LEGAL ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
A regional law firm seeks an Executive Legal Secretary to support attorneys in its Houston office. Candidate must have experience as a legal secretary supporting a litigation practice. Experience in Oil and Gas litigation preferred. Candidate must have excellent computer skills (MS Office, Aderant, iManage, InterAction and ShareFile/ Citrix Files preferred) and communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, e-filing; time entry and bill processing; calendar management, including reviewing and calendaring court deadlines; drafting and proofreading pleadings, discovery responses, legal correspondence and other related documents; document formatting; and submitting and tracking expense reimbursements.
