GlenBrook Health Center is seeking a LVN (Licensed Vocational Nurse) Wellness Nurse to provide assistance to our Assisted Living residents! The Wellness Nurse assists the Director and supervises the direct care of the residents being provided by the caregivers, checking that each resident is receiving the care and services to meet their needs and that their environmental cleanliness is maintained.
