Job Description

The HT Group is seeking an Office Administrator for our client in Kansas City, Missouri (Fully Onsite).
The ideal candidate is a high-motivation self-starter who does not need to be micro-managed. You possess an unyielding hunger for advancement, exceptional attention to detail, and a proactive attitude—naturally asking, "What else can I do?" once tasks are complete. (Multi-site operational experience is preferred).

Employment Type : Contract-to-Hire

Schedule : Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay Rate : $23 / hour

Responsibilities:
• Mail & Logistics: Manage all incoming/outgoing shipments (USPS, FedEx, UPS, Amazon) and related supply orders.
• Facilities & Supplies: Restock office/breakroom inventory; maintain conference rooms and submit building maintenance requests.
• Meeting Coordination: Schedule rooms, arrange catering, handle guest accommodations, and prepare welcome signage.
• Front Desk & Admin: Greet guests, answer phones, and support employee needs (key fobs, nameplates, system access).
• Contracts Support: Assist the Contracts team with DocuSign, ink signatures, compliance logs, faxing, and vendor documentation.

Requirements:
• Prior administrative support experience.
• Familiarity with multi-site operations (Preferred).
• Computer proficiency with a quick aptitude for learning new systems.
• Highly organized, personable, and team-oriented with a productive, proactive mindset.
