All About Travel, Inc. is a locally owned travel agency looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team. We are seeking someone who is organized, dependable, and passionate about providing excellent customer service while helping clients create memorable travel experiences.
Primary responsibilities and duties:
-Work with travel agents to coordinate complex and detailed travel arrangements for business professionals and leisure clients
-Provide administrative support and guidance to office staff
-Assist corporate and leisure clients via phone and e-mail interactions
-Manage payments and invoicing for clients
-Answer phones professionally and be able to take detailed messages
-Various duties as assigned
-The hours for this position are typically 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday through Friday and one Saturday per month. Hours may vary for special events or training.
-This is an hourly employment-at-will position with unlimited growth potential. Full time employees are eligible for group health, dental and vision benefits, pretax retirement plan with match and PTO after probationary requirements are fulfilled.
