Our patients scan their smiles from home each week using DentalMonitoring, and Dr. Varble reviews their progress between visits. That means patients come in only when they need hands-on care, which for most families is about half the office visits of a traditional practice. Dr. Varble teaches orthodontists from around the country how to use this technology, and practices travel to St. Louis to see how our team does it. You'll be joining an office that other offices come to learn from.About the roleOur Scheduling Coordinator is often the first voice a patient hears and the person who keeps our day running smoothly. You'll manage the schedule for both of our offices, help patients and parents find appointment times that work, and work closely with our clinical team to keep the doctor's day balanced and on time.What you'll doAnswer incoming calls and messages warmly and professionally Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments Follow up on missed, cancelled, and overdue appointments to keep treatment on track Schedule new patient exams and make a great first impressionKeep the schedule full and balanced by filling openings and managing the waitlistGreet patients and handle check-in and check-out as neededKeep patient records accurate and up to date in our practice management softwareCoordinate with the clinical and financial teams so patients get consistent informationWhat we're looking forFriendly, clear communicator who's comfortable on the phone all dayOrganized and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple things at onceComfortable learning new software and technologyReliable, punctual, and a team playerPrevious scheduling, front desk, or customer service experienceDental or orthodontic experience is a plus, but we'll train the right personPay and benefits$18–$23 per hour, based on experienceMedical, dental, and vision insuranceRetirement plan with profit sharing16 days of paid time offPaid holidaysPaid continuing education tripsUniforms provided at no costHow to applySubmit your resume through this posting.
