Role Overview
As a Registered Nurse, you will lead the coordination and delivery of compassionate patient care, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients and their families. You'll collaborate with the healthcare team, demonstrate clinical competence, and ensure adherence to regulatory standards, making a direct difference in patient outcomes.
