We are seeking energetic and dedicated servers to join our vibrant hospitality team! As a server, you will be the heart of the guest experience, delivering exceptional service in a lively and fast-paced environment. Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS, ensuring clarity and precision
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards
• Assist with food handling, sanitation, and kitchen support as needed to maintain cleanliness and efficiency
• Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering and processing payments
• Support guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and creating a welcoming atmosphere

Skills

• Proven experience with POS systems such as Toast POS, Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms
• Strong culinary knowledge and food industry experience, especially in fine dining or upscale environments
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
• Demonstrated ability in sales techniques, including upselling menu items and specials
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced restaurant setting
• Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and order calculations
• Experience in serving, bussing tables, host/hostess duties or related food service roles is highly desirable
