Salary: $60,000 - 120,000 per year Requirements:

• We need a BS or MS in Computer Engineering, or a closely related field, plus 5 to 10 years of embedded software development experience.
• We are looking for strong hands-on experience developing and integrating embedded software on platforms such as ESP32 and STM32.
• We require experience with bootloaders and secure OTA mechanisms.
• We expect familiarity with low-power design techniques and optimization.
• We need solid expertise in flash partitioning and memory layout.
• We require substantial RTOS experience, ideally with FreeRTOS or Zephyr.
• We are looking for advanced C/C++ skills and experience building low-level device drivers.
• We expect familiarity with SDK-based development.
• We need proficiency with Wi-Fi APIs, BLE HCI, peripheral HALs, and device driver development.
• We require strong networking stack experience, including Ethernet and TCP/IP.
• We expect experience using JTAG/SWD debuggers, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and protocol analyzers.
• We need working experience with Git and Jira.
• We require strong independent and collaborative design, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
• We expect excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong documentation habits.
• We are looking for someone eager to learn, grow, and contribute in a diverse, fast-moving environment.
• Nice-to-have: knowledge of wireless protocols such as Wi-Fi, BT/BLE, and Zigbee/Thread, as well as IoT application-layer protocols like MQTT, OTA, CoAP, and

• Nice-to-have: experience with MicroPython.
• Nice-to-have: exposure to system testing, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis for wireless IoT products.

• We develop embedded software for wireless IoT platforms.
• We build ARM-M series and RISC-V RTOS-based platform software, middleware, and APIs for user applications.
• We triage and resolve integration issues across hardware, embedded software, and applications.
• We design and optimize real-time networking software stacks.
• We work with bare-metal and RTOS-based systems.
• We develop against peripherals such as UART, SPI, SDIO, I2C, GPIO, PWM, and similar interfaces.
• We handle memory partitioning and isolation on ARM Cortex-M microcontrollers.
• We implement secure OTA updates and device lifecycle management for IoT products.
• We work with flash, memory, bootloader, and cryptographic library subsystems.
• We support wireless subsystems including Wi-Fi, BT/BLE, and Zigbee/Thread.
• We implement and tune low-power embedded systems.
• We collaborate with our global team to deliver high-quality BSP and SDK releases.
• We support release management for BSP and SDK deliverables.
