Talent Acquitistion Coordinator

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to lead and support full-cycle recruitment efforts while creating an exceptional candidate experience!

Talent Acquitistion Coordinator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $25.44 to $33.65 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and qualified candidates.
• Coordinate candidate communications, interview scheduling, and hiring team collaboration.
• Maintain applicant tracking systems, recruiting records, and onboarding documentation.
• Facilitate onboarding and new hire orientation for a smooth transition.
• Track recruitment metrics and talent pipelines to improve hiring results.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and confidentiality requirements.

Talent Acquitistion Coordinator Qualifications:

• Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, full-cycle recruiting and sourcing techniques, or HR experience.
  • Experience with ATS platforms and HR software
  • Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Oregon and federal employment laws.
  • Valid Oregon driver's license and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Experience supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion hiring initiatives.
  • SHRM-CP, PHR, or other HR/recruiting certification.
