About the Opportunity

MedSightAI is a fast-scaling HealthTech innovator at the intersection of AI, clinical workflows, and patient outcomes. We build mission-critical AI tools that empower clinicians with real-time diagnostics, predictive analytics, and automated documentation—deployed across hospitals, clinics, and telehealth platforms across the U.S. Our technical projects directly impact care quality, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance in highly regulated healthcare environments.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional Agile teams (engineers, data scientists, QA, and clinical advisors) to deliver AI-powered healthcare products on time and within scope.
• Translate clinical and regulatory requirements into technical epics, sprints, and user stories using Jira, Confluence, and Miro.
• Facilitate daily standups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and stakeholder syncs—ensuring alignment between product, engineering, and clinical teams.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, and resource constraints while maintaining HIPAA, SOC 2, and FDA-compliant delivery processes.
• Oversee CI/CD pipelines, deployment rollouts, and post-launch performance metrics using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• Partner with Product to prioritize backlog, define MVPs, and validate feature adoption with frontline users and hospital IT admins.
