Cleaning Technician

Construction Site Cleaner to play a crucial role in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment at a bustling data center construction site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for specialized cleaning tasks focused on dust mitigation and contamination control, ensuring the site adheres to strict cleanliness and safety standards.

Cleaning Technician Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $22.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift

• Perform dust control and detailed cleaning using HEPA-filtered vacuums and approved cleaning equipment.
• Keep construction areas, walkways, and workspaces clean, organized, and free of debris.
• Follow all site safety procedures and wear required PPE, including a hard hat, safety glasses, high-visibility vest, gloves, and steel-toed shoes.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and reaching for extended periods.
• Report safety hazards and properly dispose of waste according to site guidelines

Cleaning Technician Qualifications:

• Must be reliable, punctual, and available to work overnight shifts.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen. OSHA 10 certification required (training may be provided).
• Previous construction, industrial cleaning, or demolition experience preferred.

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
